Our Caramel Making Process
We’ve drawn upon our 50 years of candy making expertise to produce a wide assortment of mouthwatering caramel products and ingredients. Our innovative caramel making process includes two separate continuous cooking systems that enable us to simultaneously cook different caramel products on each line. We also use state-of-the-art temperature and moisture-control methods, which allows us to create the classic caramel candy product you desire — whether you want caramel squares, bars, bits, or liquid bulk.
Proper temperature is the most important element in our caramel making process from initial preparation all the way through packaging. Our continuous cooking process is also designed to yield superior product consistency. We consider every important variable when making our caramel, such as size, weight, shape, form, quality of ingredients and more. We manage each variable to achieve the perfect consistency, texture and taste for our caramel.
